ROCKIES VOUCHER SALES HAVE BEGUN!

We have officially launched our 2025 Rockies Voucher Fundraiser! As many of you know, this fundraiser is vital to our baseball program and provides much needed additional funding.  Legacy Baseball earns $22.00 for every voucher sold, making this a huge success with everyone’s participation.

Each Rockies voucher costs $50 and can be redeemed online for two tickets to one of 70+ home games this season, including opening weekend and the fireworks game in September. There are several seating areas around Coors Field to choose from.

We want to encourage each player to sell at least 12 vouchers (redeemable for 24 tickets) to your network of friends, family, or any Rockies baseball fan.  Another great option is group sales!  If you have a group of 20 or more, we can help put together a group package—your player gets the credit for the total tickets sold.  This could be a great team building event,  client appreciation night, or family night for an organization or business.

Our Top 35 sellers will get to play in a game on Coors Field in April.

Send an email to legacyroxtixs@gmail.com if you have questions.  When you are ready to start ordering your vouchers, please submit your order here using the  Rockies Voucher Google Order Form  Once your order is received, we will get in touch with you to confirm payment and voucher delivery.

Confused about player account funds? Read here:

How Players Fund Their Account

Players can accumulate funds in their account over the course of the year through fundraising, either through sponsorships, direct donations, or King Soopers rewards.  100% of King Soopers funds go to the player’s account.  With sponsorships, the split is 50/50 less any expenses, for example printing a banner.

How Players Can Use Their Account Funds

Players can use their funds to cover the many costs associated with the season as it relates to playing for Legacy High School, such as equipment and Legacy Baseball-sponsored events, such as the spring trip.  Players must be on a roster in order to use those funds and receive reimbursement.  Rosters are set in late February/early March and are considered cleared on May 31st to align with the Board’s fiscal year, so all reimbursements must be requested within that time.  Note that reimbursement is not limited to expenses incurred only during the season, for example a new bat or glove purchased before the season may be considered a reimbursable expense.  Any funds remaining in a player’s account after May 31st are absorbed into the general fund.

How To Get Reimbursed

  1. The parent/guardian of the player emails the treasurer at legacybbtreasurer@gmail.com, indicating you are seeking reimbursement.  A reimbursement form will then be sent to be completed with further instructions.

  2. If the expense is deemed to be reimbursable, and sufficient funds are in the player’s account, the reimbursement will be processed either through Venmo or by check.

  3. If the expense is not reimbursable the player’s parent/guardian will be notified.

  4. If insufficient funds are in the player’s account, the parent will have the option of being reimbursed with whatever funds are available, or resubmitting the expense when there are sufficient funds.  In other words, expenses can only be submitted once as we do not have the capacity to track and reimburse as account balances increase.
